Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to ensure that the taxonomy is translated correctly using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translation dashboard shows a missing translation, but the taxonomy is already translated.

Questions:
Why does WPML indicate that the taxonomy is not translated when it is?
How can I resolve the issue of the translation dashboard showing missing translations?
