[Resolvido] couple of questions

I have couple of questions to ask:

1: I installed the translator and during the installing, the language selector was placed to the footer of my site. How can I replace and modify it?

2: The automatic translating doesn't seem to translate popups. Is there anything I can do about it, because it's awkward to show popup with wrong language?

3: How can I install WPML to my staging version of the site? Or can I?
