Problem:
The client was experiencing issues with WPML String Translation not being able to write .mo files to the

/wp-content/languages

folder because it was not writable. This was preventing string translations from appearing on the site. Additionally, the client had questions about migrating their website and registering a new site key.

Solution:
1. We advised the client to contact their hosting provider to make the

/wp-content/languages

folder writable.
2. For registering a new site key after migration, we instructed the client to unregister WPML from the old site and register the new site key at https://wpml.org/account/sites/.
3. If the client was using a subfolder for the website, they needed to add the full link in the WPML account sites section.
4. We suggested that if the issue persisted after making the folder writable, the client could convert the chat into a support ticket for further assistance.
