Steps to replicate
- Create a variable product with 2 variations
- Create a coupon that applies to only one of the variations
- Add one of each variation to the cart on the front end
- Apply the coupon
Expected result: the discount for the product variations that the coupon refers too is applied.
Actual result: the coupon is applied for both products so double the correct amount is subtracted
This happens in certain situations when using coupons that apply only for specific variations of some products.
Workaround
This issue is fixed in WooCommerce Multilingual 3.4.4. Updating solves it on your site, so you only need this workaround if you can’t update yet.
