Overview of the Issue
When you use WPML with Knowledge Base for Documents and FAQs (opens in a new tab) (Echo Knowledge Base), the [epkb-articles-index-directory] shortcode and the Articles Index block list the articles of all languages. For example, a page in Spanish lists the English articles too.
Workaround
- Do not use the [epkb-articles-index-directory] shortcode or the Articles Index block on a multilingual site.
- Link the KB Main Page or the KB category pages instead. They show the articles of the current language.
