Overview of the issue
If you are using automatic translation with the Google translation engine enabled, translations wrapped in subscript and superscript HTML tags may include extra spaces.
Workaround
This is something that we cannot fix, as it is dependent on Google Translate.
As a workaround, you can use Microsoft or DeepL engine. Read more about how to change your automatic translation engine.
