Overview of the Issue
When a product variation is checked out, its attribute term slugs display on the following page and emails:
- Order details page.
- Thank you for your order email (to the client)
- New customer order email (to the web owners)
Their names should be displayed instead. For example, they should display Green color rather than green-color.
Workaround
This issue is fixed in WooCommerce Multilingual 3.9. Updating solves it on your site, so you only need this workaround if you can’t update yet.
The fix for this issue is ready and will be included in the upcoming release.
Since the fix is complicated, we do not have any workaround at the moment.
