Overview of the Issue
If you are using Premmerce Permalink Manager for WooCommerce and Elementor, you will notice that if you create a new product or edit an existing product and set a custom product permalink structure, Elementor will open it in a Safe Mode.
Workaround
Please make a full backup of your site before you start.
Add this code to your theme’s functions.php file. It stops WPML from redirecting Elementor’s preview request; normal visits to the old product address still redirect.
