Overview of the issue

If you are on a SiteGround server and you have installed their object cache functionality, you will find that if you send a page for automatic translation, the translation job is marked as completed but the translation is not displayed on the front-end.

Workaround

Our developers are aware of this situation and are working on solution. In the meantime, after sending some pages for automatic translation, click on the Purge SG cache button. It may be necessary to click on the Quick Edit button and Save as well for the pages send for translation.

  1. Hi there, I am on Siteground and experiencing a similar issue.

I translate only from German to English. I am using an Avada theme and I using containers.
:: I complete e.g. a 100% translation (automatic or manual) for an article
:: Everything looks good and is translated in the translator view
:: When I come back to the the translated English page only some parts of the article are not translated.

In the past I used to have no problems with it. The workaround above does not work for me.

    Thanks for your help.

    • Hello André,
As your issue only covers some parts of your articles, it does not look like the same described here. Could you please open a ticket in our support forum so we can investigate it better?
