Topic Tags: WCML

Overview of the issue

WooCommerce 10.3 introduces some changes which we addressed with an update to WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce (WCML version 5.2.2.2).

But there remain issues using price conversion on variable products when the product translation preference is “display as translated”.

The shown price is wrong on the cart and checkout, and generally in the order.

Workaround

This should be fixed in WCML 5.5.2.3, but in the meantime you can avoid the issue by rolling back WooCommerce to version 10.2.2 and WCML to version 5.5.2.1.

You can use a plugin like WP Rollback to rollback both WooCommerce and WPML Multilingual & Multicurrency for WooCommerce as required.

If you still have a price conversion problem with WCML 5.5.2.3, please share a comment or open a support ticket.
