Hi,
For the past few days, and again today, I have been unable to work with the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).
When trying to open a translation job, I consistently get the following message:

“This website is under heavy load (queue full)
We're sorry, too many people are accessing this website at the same time. We're working on this problem. Please try again later.”

This is preventing me from continuing my translation work.
To rule out a site-specific problem, I also tried accessing the Advanced Translation Editor from my staging site, and the behavior is exactly the same there.
I have also noticed repeated ATE / AMS communication errors in the WPML logs (503 Service Unavailable and translator not found errors), which seem to indicate a server-side issue.

Could you please confirm:
1. Whether this problem is on your side (ATE / WPML servers) or related to my site configuration
2. If this is a known issue
3. An estimated timeframe for resolution

My site is otherwise working correctly, and no recent server or performance changes were made.
