Background of the issue:
I am trying to copy all translations from DE to CH on my WordPress site using WPML. My site has the following languages: Romanian (Default), EN, DE, and FR. I added a new language CH and used the Translation Management feature to duplicate content from DE to CH. I selected 'Source Language' as DE, 'translated to' as CH, and chose a product for testing. I used the 'Duplicate' method for translation.
Symptoms:
The category URL for the CH language was configured incorrectly. Instead of matching the DE URL structure, it added '-ch' to the category URL in the default language.
Questions:
Why is the category URL for CH configured with '-ch' added instead of matching the DE URL structure?
How can I copy all translations from DE to CH with the exact same URLs and content, just changing the base URL from /de/ to /ch/?
