Background of the issue:
I am trying to customize responsive settings in Elementor for a WordPress site using WPML. The issue can be seen on this page: lien caché. I expected the images and text under 'Services' to be centered on mobile in English, similar to how they appear in French: lien caché.

Symptoms:
The images and text are not centered on mobile in the English version.

Questions:
Why are the responsive settings not working in the English version?
How can I ensure the images and text are centered on mobile in both languages?
