Background of the issue:
We recently migrated our WordPress site (lien caché) to a new server, but the domain has remained exactly the same. After the migration, WPML prompted us to confirm whether this is a copy or a new site. We selected 'Yes – this is a copy' and proceeded.
Symptoms:
Now we are being asked to enter a migration code in order to share automatic translation credits between the two 'copies.' However, there is no longer a separate or previous installation running — the old environment is gone. Therefore, we can’t access the original site to retrieve the migration code via the provided link.
Questions:
Can you help us transfer the 2000 translation credits from the original to this new installation?
Can you reset the link so that the credits are fully available in the current (only) installation?
Can you help us solve this or move the credits manually?
