Background of the issue:
I duplicated my English posts to German using the Translation Management feature in WPML. I am trying to ensure that the featured images are correctly displayed in the duplicated posts.

Symptoms:
The featured image is missing after duplicating the post. There are options to Replace and Remove the featured image, but the image itself is not visible.

Questions:
Why is the featured image missing after duplicating the post?
How can I ensure the featured image appears in the duplicated German post?
