I know there's a 'minor update - don't translate' option, but I assume that means I have to translate the added words manually. Symptoms: Uncertainty about whether adding new words to an article will result in charges for translating the entire article or just the new words. Questions: If I add 10 words in different places in an article, will I be charged for translating 10 words or the entire 2000-word article?

Background of the issue:
