Background of the issue:
I am trying to change the language of a page on my website from English to German using WPML. The site I need help with is lien caché.

Symptoms:
When I change the language of the page, it updates in real time, but after some time, it reverts back to English.

Questions:
Why does the language change not persist after some time?
How can I ensure the language change remains permanent?
