Background of the issue:
I am trying to resolve an issue with the Arabic translation on my website using WPML. Despite changing the theme to the 2024 WordPress theme on a staging site, the translation issues persist. My goal is to ensure that the Arabic translation works properly across the site without any errors or incorrect displays.

Symptoms:
Specific pages are not displaying correctly in Arabic, and there are 92 translations stuck in the queue that haven't progressed.

Questions:
Could you please help me identify the underlying cause of this issue?
