Background of the issue:
I was trying to edit the footer in RTL languages on my WordPress site. After making changes, I noticed an issue with the navigation menu. The issue can be seen on this page: lien caché

Symptoms:
Five page titles were added to the navigation menu without my order after editing the footer. I attempted to delete these titles from the menu widget, but they are still displaying.

Questions:
Why are unwanted page titles appearing in the navigation menu after editing the footer?
How can I permanently remove these unwanted page titles from the menu?
