Background of the issue:
I installed WPML and noticed the dashboard was extremely slow to load. After deactivating several WPML-related plugins, the performance improved. However, when I tried to translate a page, I encountered an error.

Symptoms:
Error message: 'WPML tried to translate this page three times and failed. To fix this contact support.'

Questions:
Can you guide me in selecting which WPML components are necessary for my setup?
How can I resolve the installation or configuration issue causing the translation error?
