Symptoms: I can see OTGS in my installed plugins, but I can't do anything with it. I can't switch to Commercial like the Documentation suggests. When I try downloading the Plugin from within WooCommerce, it just says I should use the WPML Plugin. Questions: Why can't I switch to Commercial in the OTGS Installer? How do I properly install and activate the WPML plugin using the OTGS Installer?

Background of the issue:
I've purchased the WPML plugin, downloaded the OTGS Installer, and uploaded it to my plugins. I am using the BeTheme Editor.

Symptoms:
