Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to resolve a layout issue on the translated homepage using WPML and WPBakery Page Builder. The layout appears correct for public visitors but remains broken for logged-in admin users. WPBakery is up to date, no cache plugins are active, and the WPML option 'Different homepages per language' is not visible. Permalinks have been refreshed, and switching themes did not resolve the issue. Debug mode is enabled with no errors, and I have FTP access available.
Symptoms:
When logged in as admin, the translated homepage layout is broken, showing only the page title, and the content built with WPBakery does not load.
