Background of the issue:
We want to use WPML for our blogs with a workflow that involves purely manual translation. We aim to translate each post/page manually without using automated features.

Symptoms:
I see a lot of translation assignment, translation logs, email to translators, etc., and it seems like the standard WPML translation workflow cannot be stopped. We have old logs that we want to reset without crashing WPML.

Questions:
How can we disable the automated translation features and have full control over manual translation?
How can we reset old translation logs without affecting WPML functionality?
