Background of the issue:
I am trying to edit the navigation on my WordPress site using WPML. The issue can be seen at the following link: lien caché.

Symptoms:
The navigation menus are losing their translations and displaying as duplicates intermittently.

Questions:
Why are my navigation menus losing their translations?
How can I prevent the navigation menus from displaying as duplicates?
