Background of the issue:
I am working on a multisite project. Due to the WPML queries running in the subsite, my other site is slowed down. Symptoms:
My site is getting slow due to the database queries running in the background.

Questions:
How can we stop WPML queries on the subsite so it does not affect the speed of other subsites?
