Random error 500 when switching between languages

When I switch the language to, for example, French, it usually works as well, but if I then switch to French or German, the website sometimes throws a 500 Internal Server Error. My site is hosted at SiteGround. The maximum memory is set to 768 MB. I have temporarily disabled caching, but this did not have any effect. The strange thing is that nothing appears in the debug log. Do you have any idea what could be causing this issue?
