Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML on our website to translate content into multiple languages. The site works perfectly in Arabic, Hindi, and Urdu. However, I encounter issues when selecting Bengali or Nepali for translation or review.

Symptoms:
When selecting Bengali or Nepali, the error 'There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.' appears.

Questions:
Why does the critical error occur when selecting Bengali or Nepali?
How can I resolve the critical error to enable Bengali and Nepali translations?
