Background of the issue:
I am trying to run the Translate Link Targets feature in WPML. The process starts but stops halfway through, displaying an error and prompting to reload the page. I have attempted this multiple times without success.

Symptoms:
The Translate Link Targets process stops halfway, shows an error, and asks to reload the page. There are no errors in the debug file or support area.
