Background of the issue:
I am trying to upload a .po file using the 'Import .po file' feature in the String Translation section of WPML and clicked 'Also create translations according to the .po file'. I am also looking for the tab to view present and past tickets in my account, which I cannot locate. Symptoms:
After uploading the .po file, instead of displaying extra translations, even existing translations of the specific plugin have stopped showing on the front-end.
Questions:
Where can I see the present and past tickets in my account? I'm asking because I already posted this issue buat annot track it anywhere.
