Background of the issue:
We are currently building a multilingual site and importing the client's existing data using WP All Import with the WPML addon. Our English imports run fine and we can rerun them and it updates them, but with our translated imports, we run them and they import fine. However, if we need to rerun them, only 50% get updated and the other 50% get created as new even though they already exist. WP All Import is finding the existing post fine but still creating anyway for some reason. Example log: [10:47:05] Combine all data for post `Intelligent Planning at Gigaset`... [10:47:05] Find corresponding article among database for post `Intelligent Planning at Gigaset`... [10:47:05] Duplicate post was found for post `Intelligent Planning at Gigaset`... [10:47:05] Applying filter `pmxi_article_data` for `Intelligent Planning at Gigaset` [10:47:05] SKIPPED: The option 'Create new posts from records newly present in this import file' is disabled in your import settings. I am using the following versions: WP All Import Pro V4.9.11, WPML All Import V2.3, WPML V4.6.15. Note: English and other languages are not linked, we aren't linking until content is signed off.

Symptoms:
When rerunning translated imports, only 50% get updated and the other 50% get created as new even though they already exist.

Questions:
Why are only 50% of the translated imports updated while the rest are created as new?
Is there a setting or configuration in WPML or WP All Import that could resolve this issue?
