Some pages translated in 2016, we can't translate anymore

kayesC	Hi, I am facing a wired problem. I was using WPML in 2016 on our website. and then we remove the plugin on 2018. Again we install it on 2023 and start translating our pages. Some pages that was translated in 2016 in russian language, we can translate now anymore. If we translate that page the translation not showing in the front end and in the backend the Pencil icon despair.
