Problem: The client is attempting to add a German domain to their website but is receiving a 'not valid' error despite the DNS A records pointing to the correct IP and having an active SSL certificate.
Solution: We recommend the following steps: 1. Navigate to WPML-> Languages -> Language URL format. 2. Set the domains you want to use. 3. Uncheck the checkbox 'Validate on save'. 4. Click the 'Save' button.
This may resolve the issue as sometimes the 'Validate on save' can give a false positive. If this solution does not seem relevant or if the problem persists, please open a new support ticket with us.
