Instead, choose one editor and stick with it consistently across all products. If manual edits are necessary for specific products, maintain those products in manual translation mode only. To correct the existing linking issues, the client should: 1. Reconnect the products to the correct translations as detailed here https://wpml.org/faq/how-to-link-already-translated-pages/ Additionally, if the client does not intend to use automatic translations on their test site, they should select "No" when asked to share credits between sites.
