[Chiuso] Cannot change Template on page for each language

Background of the issue:
I am trying to have different templates for Greek and English languages on my site link nascosto. I have created templates, but they are not available or selectable. I have deselect Synchronize page template.

Symptoms:
Templates are not available or selectable for different languages.

Questions:
Why are the templates not available or selectable for different languages?
How can I assign different templates to Greek and English pages?
If I go to WPML setting under Site Templates I just have one option. Why?
