Background of the issue:
I am trying to disconnect a free trial WPML account from my client's WordPress site link nascosto and connect it to the paid subscription account I am writing from. I cannot access the plugins section of the WordPress dashboard, but someone else can, and I need to communicate the steps to her.

Symptoms:
I am unable to access the plugins section of the link nascosto WP dashboard.
