[Risolto] Footer and header logo not being translated

I am working on a site under development and trying to translate the footer from Italian to English.The translating is done but doesnt show. Additionally, I am attempting to ensure that the header logo redirects correctly based on the language selection.

Symptoms:
The footer on the English page still displays in Italian, and the header logo only redirects to the Italian homepage despite following the provided support steps.
