[Chiuso] .htaccess get incorrect modify

Hi, we have hosted a page with WPML plug-in. we have 2 occurrences that the .htaccess get incorrect modify and get the website into inaccessible. Error message as below.

After checking with hosting, they have come back with answers. I have attached as jpg.

Could you advise what I should do next.
