I want to change the image of the header following the language. Is it possible? I have tried with the "Translation of multimedial content" but it does not work for me. I upload the image for the second language but it does not appear in the frontend. Regards!

I performed all the tasks that Maiya told me to do but (see belowe) but the issue has not been resolved.
Can you help me?
Thanks

Maiya (December 30, 2025 9:57 am): Hi there!

I understand you're looking to display different header images based on the language, and you've had some trouble with the media translation feature. Let's get this sorted for you.

Before we dive into the steps, I noticed a couple of things in your site's setup that are important to address first, as they can often cause unexpected behavior with translations:

1. **Plugin Updates:** Your WPML Multilingual CMS plugin is currently version 4.8.5, and the latest version is 4.8.6. Updates often include crucial bug fixes and improvements that can resolve issues like the one you're experiencing.
* **Step 1: Update WPML Multilingual CMS**
* Please go to **Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial** tab, then click the **Check for updates** button.
* Update **WPML Multilingual CMS** from 4.8.5 to 4.8.6.

2. **WP Memory Limit:** Your WordPress memory limit is currently set to 0MB, which is critically low and can prevent plugins, including WPML, from functioning correctly. We recommend a minimum of 128MB, preferably 256MB.
* **Step 2: Increase WordPress Memory Limit**
* You'll need to edit your `wp-config.php` file. You can usually access this via FTP or your hosting control panel's file manager.
* Add or modify the following line in `wp-config.php` just before the line `/* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */`:
`define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');`
* Save the `wp-config.php` file.

Once you've completed these two crucial steps, please try the following to set up different header images per language using WPML Media Translation:

* **Step 3: Display Different Media per Language**
1. Ensure the **WPML Media Translation** add-on is installed and activated. If not, you can install it from **Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial** tab.
2. Go to **WPML → Media Translation**.
3. Locate the header image you wish to translate. You'll see a list of your media items.
4. Click the **plus (+) icon** under the language you want to use a different image for.
5. Upload the new image file for your secondary language or select it from your Media Library.
6. Adjust any meta information (like alt text or title) if needed, and then click **Save**.

After these steps, please check your website's frontend in both languages to see if the header image now changes correctly. Let me know how it goes!
