Background of the issue:
I installed a child theme in the Kadence theme on my site link nascosto. I am trying to customize the child theme and translate some areas using WPML.

Symptoms:
Translations do not appear in the header and footer areas of the theme, even after clearing the cache.

Questions:
Why do the translations not appear in the header and footer areas after using WPML?
