[Chiuso] Media Translation

Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to ensure that Media Translations work consistently using WPML.

Symptoms:
The Media Translations are not working consistently. After uploading the corresponding media item image and saving, the translated media sometimes works and often does not. The file is uploaded to the server, but the media does not follow the translation on the front end.

Questions:
Is there a way to ensure Media Translations will work reliably?
