Background of the issue:
I am trying to display product ratings and review counts accurately on my WordPress site. The issue can be seen on this page: link nascosto.

Symptoms:
Product rating and review count are displayed even if there are no reviews. The star rating shows as one, as if there is one review, instead of showing zero reviews and no star rating.

Questions:
Why is the product rating displayed when there are no reviews?
How can I ensure the review count and star rating are accurate?

I have also checked the database. In wp_postmeta for all the translations of this product, I see:
_wc_average_rating 0
_wc_review_count 0
_wcml_average_rating 1.00
_wcml_review_count 1
_wcml_rating_count a:1:{i:1;i:1;}
