[Risolto] Sending posts to smartling sometimes doesn't return all the strings - continuation of

Background of the issue:
I am trying to send different blog posts from our site link nascosto to Smartling for translation. For example, the EN version: link nascosto was sent, and we received the German version: link nascosto. Here is the Smartling project ID if needed: link nascosto.

Symptoms:
Some paragraphs were not received back from Smartling and had to be manually added to the string translator. What could cause some paragraphs not to be received back from Smartling?
