Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate BuddyBoss Password Reset Email. I have scanned both WordPress core and BuddyBoss plugin, found all the strings to translate in String Translations. The login page is translated in French, all the buttons work fine in French: link nascosto

Symptoms:
The email comes in English despite the login page and buttons being translated in French
