[Risolto] Translate Taxonomy

Background of the issue:
I restored the site from a backup and am trying to translate product categories and tags using WPML on my site link nascosto.

Symptoms:
The product categories and tags are not available for translation and do not match the product data. When attempting to translate, I find unrelated categories.

Questions:
Why are the product categories and tags not available for translation after restoring from a backup?
How can I ensure that the correct product categories are pulled for translation?
