Background of the issue:
We have been using the WPML module for several months now to manage the company website in two languages: Italian (main) and English. I am trying to switch from English to Italian for some URLs.

Symptoms:
When switching from English to Italian using the language selector, an image opens instead of the relevant page in Italian.
