We purchased the WPML Multilingual CMS plan because it states that new accounts receive 90,000 free translation credits.
During a previous support exchange, your colleague noticed that our account shows ~62,000 credits instead of 90,000. We verified that no credits have been used and no charges have been made and we made sure the automatic translation is OFF.
Could you please confirm whether our account should receive the full 90,000 free credits, and if so, when the remaining credits will be added?
