Background of the issue:
I am trying to switch the language of my home page to Arabic using the WPML plugin on my site link nascosto.

Symptoms:
My home page doesn't switch when I switch the language to Arabic.

Questions:
Why doesn't my home page switch to Arabic when I change the language?
How can I fix the language switching issue on my home page?
