WPML Widgets is a simple to use extension to add a language selector dropdown to your widgets.

Please note: This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.

In addition, please note that these features are now a part of the WPML core plugin. You can read more about displaying different widgets in different languages.
