Access your site via FTP or File Manager (like cPanel) and navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ folder.
Check if the WPML plugin folders (e.g., sitepress-multilingual-cms, wpml-string-translation) are present. If they are missing, it's likely that the OTGS Installer failed to download or extract them properly.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on “Download WPML manually”
Download the required plugin ZIP files manually (WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation, and WPML Media Translation)
Log in to your WordPress dashboard
Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin
Upload, install, and activate each of the ZIP files manually
