UpdraftPlus allows you to back up your WordPress files, databases, plugins, and themes and restore them directly from the WordPress admin. You can schedule backups to happen automatically every 4, 8, or 12 hours, daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
Also compatible is UpdraftPlus Premium (opens in a new tab), which allows you to migrate or clone your site, make incremental backups, and back up multisites or networks. Plus, you can generate reports, add encryption, and more.
You don’t need to apply any special setting to backup and restore WPML-powered sites using UpdraftPlus plugin.
